These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of azoresflights.com and the azoresflights service (the "Service"), operated by Binns Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
azoresflights is an independent fare watcher. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Azores Airlines, SATA Air Açores, or any other carrier. It sells no travel and guarantees no price.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is available to individuals aged 18 and over. Politically exposed persons and individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions are not permitted to use the Service.
azoresflights watches published airline fares between the Azores and North America, keeps the price history, and notifies you when a route you have asked about reaches a price you have set. You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; infringe the intellectual-property rights of others; harass or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; or copy, scrape, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The airline publishes a cache of its lowest fares and refreshes it every one to three days. What we show you is therefore the last price the airline confirmed, not live inventory, and not an offer. Every price on this site carries the date it was confirmed. The fare you are actually charged is the one the airline quotes you at the moment you book, and it can differ from what we show.
We are not a travel agency and we sell no travel. Booking happens on the airline's own site, under the airline's own terms, and we never take payment for a flight. We receive no commission on a booking. Schedules, availability, baggage rules, changes, cancellations and refunds are matters between you and the carrier.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze data generated through your use of the Service in order to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We handle your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy below.
All content, software, and materials made available through the Service are owned by Binns Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written consent, except where permitted by law. Fare data originates with the carrier and remains the carrier's.
Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code, or you use a Google or Apple sign-in button. You are responsible for the security of the mailbox and the accounts you sign in with, and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
The Service has a free tier and a paid tier. Paid access is provided through a subscription. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis until canceled, and you can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change pricing; changes take effect at your next renewal.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and associated data may be deleted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binns Pte. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any fare shown will still be available, that an alert will arrive in time to act on, or that any alert will arrive at all.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of EUR €100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for the cost of a ticket, for a fare that rose before you booked, or for a trip you did or did not take.
We collect information you give us: your email address, an optional separate address for alerts, your name if you provide one, an optional phone number if you turn on SMS alerts, your time zone, and your delivery preferences. We collect information you create by using the Service: the watches you set up (route, dates, cabin, price ceiling) and a record of which alerts we sent you and when. We collect information generated automatically: the IP address and browser user-agent attached to your sign-in attempts and sessions, your sign-in provider identity if you use Google or Apple, your browser's push endpoint if you enable push alerts, and the referring site or campaign parameter that brought you here. We use all of this to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account, and everything stored with it, at any time from Settings → Delete this workspace. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also download everything we hold about you as a JSON file from the same page, at any time and without asking us.
If you are in a jurisdiction with applicable data-protection rights (for example, the GDPR or CCPA), you may also request access to or correction of your personal data. Send requests to [email protected].
We use a small number of third parties to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
The airline whose fares we watch receives no personal data from us. Those requests go out from our servers and carry nothing about you.
We are based in Singapore and our providers operate in the European Union, the United States and elsewhere, so your data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own.
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies. Two are strictly necessary and first-party: one carries your session, and one keeps you signed in between visits. Neither is used for advertising and there is no way to use the Service without them. Others support analytics.
We use Google Analytics (a Google service) to measure how people find and use the Service. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser and collects data such as the pages you view, the links and files you interact with, how far you scroll, the searches you run on the Service, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device, browser, operating system, language, screen size, and the site or campaign that referred you. This includes Google Analytics enhanced measurement, Google Signals, and Google advertising features where they are enabled, which can combine this data with signed-in Google account information to produce demographic and interest reporting and to support advertising and remarketing audiences. Google processes this data on our behalf and also for its own purposes as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred to and stored in the United States and other countries.
By accessing or using the Service, you consent to this collection, storage, and processing, including the placing of analytics cookies and identifiers on your device and the transfer of that data to Google and its processors. This consent covers all current and future Google Analytics features we enable, and it is a condition of using the Service. Because we rely on this consent, we do not display a separate cookie banner.
If you do not consent, do not use the Service. You can also withdraw consent at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or using a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place. Questions about analytics data, or requests to access or delete it, go to [email protected].
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required details to [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; you waive any right to participate in a class action.
